Okay not playing around, I am not fat but refuse to gain any weight.
Getting older. It seemed I need to loose 5 pounds.
Started Thursday. Took 2 bottles of water. Then ate only carrots for lunch. I then drank two bottles of water. I then ate salad for Dinner with some tuna in a pouch. Then small bowl of watermelon. Two more bottles of water.
On Friday I drank almost two water bottles before I left drank two before lunch. Watch out it is hard to keep that water intake at work. I ate carrots and celery. Some apples. Then before dinner drank a bottle of water. At dinner a salad and grilled chicken. Drank two bottles water before bed.
Saturday drank two bottles water. Ate at dinner a salad and when I went out with my sister only ordered chicken fingers . I then caught up on my water drinking. Drinking three more bottles till bed.
Sunday woke up I lost three pounds in three days. I then ate salad and honey carrots for dinner. I then drank 5 bottles water altogether.
Sunday started with 3 water bottles. Then ate carrots for dinner . Two more water bottles. Apples at t evening. N2 more bottles water.
Monday two bottles of water. Celery for lunch. Snack coconut Atkins bar. Two bottles water. Tuna. For dinner. 2 bottle water at night.
Tuesday two bottles water in morning celery carrots lunch. One bottle water. Atkins bar. Dinner had wheat bagel. Oops maybe carbs were not good after eating all protein and veggies ,stomach hurts. Drinking more water all night. Drank two water bottles.
I found out that my stomach was acting up because whole wheat bagel had made me want to go to the bathroom. Forgot whole wheat does that along with all the water I had.
Today is Wednesday So I drank two bottles of water. I ate apples slices in a bowl from Motts presliced. Then had a bottle of water. I am not eating normal salad I ran out of romaine. I am eating a whole wheat half of a roll with melted cheese. Treating myself to lemon Clear bottle. I have pretty much lost extra 4 lbs I had think it was water weight.
Thursday I ate apples and celery for lunch . I had salad and grilled chicken. Then coconut treat. No weight loss today
Friday 1/2 water bottle . ate tuna celery. Applesauce. I then ate rest of tuna and salad for dinner two water bottles at night. Since I realize I been without knowing it eating in intermittent fast diet. I decided that I would not feel guilty for eating my coconut snacks after dinner it can be couple hours after dinner then it would be 18 to 19 hour fast. I didn't realize I was doing it. But lost 1 pound. I will eat what I have been. I am loosing because body fat looses its gain when stored fat then it has its reason to work it off when you eat next meal your not as hungry.
Saturday lost 3 pounds still eating normal times the kids had cupcakes I ate half threw rest away did not eat any icing . But only ate salad today. No protein no other treat. Drank two glasses water at morning to afternoon . Caught up at night on drinking water drank lemon water before bed.
Sunday March 25, 2018, I ate my regular celery carrots, apples , and salad and a grilled chicken . started drinking 2 bottles water in morning, and one at night. need to drink more water.
Monday 3-26 drank 2 bottles water in morning, ate celery, then at night ate apples and salad with a snack of coconut trat from atkins. drank 3 more bottles of water after work. total of 5.
Tuesday 3-27 drank 1 1/2 bottles water. drank 1 bottle water at work. then drank 3 bottles at night. ate celery a salad for lunch, then tuna and salad for dinner. total 4 1/2 bottles water.
Wednesday 3-28 Drank 2 bottles water , ate salad and raisins for lunch, drank 1 bottle water at work. then ate salad grilled chicken for Dinner. ate a coconut atkins treat. drank bottle water then 2 more in evening. drank lemon water before bed.
Thursday 3-29 Drank 2 bottles water , ate salad and raisins for lunch, drank 1 bottle water at work. then ate salad grilled chicken for Dinner.drank 3 more bottles of water after work. drank lemon water before bed. ate coconut treat from atkins.
Friday 3-30 drank two bottles water, ate salad , with apples for lunch. I cheated with Pizza slice. I started to drink water but my night was consumed with aggravation and stress from someone. so nothing else drank nothing else.
Saturday 3-31 lost 1 pound over week. Drank two glasses water down. then ate salad of lunch Dinner ate salad with tuna, Drank two glasses of water. My night was stressed out again. so didn't eat anything else.
Easter Sunday April 1 drank 2 water bottles. then went to town with decorating for Easter. ate piece of toast. then drank water. I cheated eating cheese potatoes au gratin and had vegetable medley. then went to eat chicken and stuffing. drank 3 more glasses of water through night. back on track tomorrow.
It’s 2021 I last year went through death of my fiancé and cared for him last 3 years. The end really took toll I lost so much weight. I went through too much I am now size 2 , 3 or 4. I went through anemia soon after he passed. Trying to get back my iron levels is hard. I been a runner since I started this blog . But on and off it’s been hard keeping up. With taking care of him. It left me no time after working and taking care of him being bedridden and his only caregiver. So I am now at my ideal weight and just need to bring iron level up.
