Day 4 of plan
I drank 2 bottles in morning before 10 and 1 bottle of water at 12.
I drank 2 bottles before 5 and ate Dinner 1 hotdog ate on roll
no vegetables in house or apples was without car/ and was hungry so ate wheat toast at 3pm
I drank 2 bottles before 10 pm so drank more water .
Day 5 I drank 2 20 oz bottles by 11:00 when I got up this morning saw that my weight went up 2lb
