Loosing weight fast

The Food plan I need with out a lot of exercise.
First of all I needed to get on a good water drinking  habit.

Day 1      2 20 ounce bottles of water by 12 pm.
                2 water bottles by 6pm
                 at 5 eat dinner with boys.
                 limit my eating to 4 ounce of chicken or protein. could be 2 eggs/ 1  cup of
                 vegetables/ small apples about a 1/4 to half an apple
                one more 20 ounce bottle of water.
Day 2       Drink the same amount of water  have two hot dogs without roll / mixed carrots and
                broccoli  about 1/4 to half an apple. or banana  drink 20 ounce water at night.

Day 3      half a small can of tuna with light dressing or mayo only 2 teaspoons/ green beans/ a
               pear or an apple. I had an apple / Drink the same amount of water at the same times.


helped to loose the 6 pounds I gained over holidays I will continue through out the week started this on Saturday . It is getting easier to do. maybe loose 2 more I got to loose .
